Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made through the official website or authorized channels.
Full payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations or changes are subject to our cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, safety, minimum attendance not met).
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds will only be provided in accordance with our cancellation policy stated on the booking page.
No-shows are non-refundable.
In the event of a cancellation by us, a full refund or credit will be offered.
Participation Requirements
All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless otherwise stated.
Tots On Tour reserves the right to remove any participant who poses a risk or disruption to others.
Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s safety and conduct at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site including logos, program materials, photographs, and videos are the property of Tots On Tour Pte Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.
Media Release
By attending our events, you consent to the use of photographs or video footage featuring you or your child for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing prior to the session.

We collect personal information such as your name, email, and child’s details to provide services. Your data will be handled in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
